Our Services

Philadelphia Remodeling Services, Built to Last

Keystone Home Remodeling offers full design-build services across the Philadelphia metro — from a single-room refresh to a ground-up home transformation. Every project is backed by our PA Home Improvement Contractor License #PA017245 and a dedicated project manager.

01 — Kitchens

Kitchen Remodeling

Our kitchen remodeling projects pair custom cabinetry with natural stone countertops, professional-grade appliance layouts, and lighting plans built around how you actually cook and entertain. Whether you're opening a galley kitchen in an Ardmore twin or reworking a great-room kitchen in King of Prussia, we manage every trade — electrical, plumbing, tile, and millwork — under one contract, so your kitchen remodel in Philadelphia stays on schedule and on budget.

02 — Baths

Bathroom Remodeling

From powder room refreshes to spa-inspired primary suites, our bathroom remodeling work emphasizes durable materials and thoughtful layout: curbless showers, radiant heated floors, custom vanities, and ventilation done right. We handle full waterproofing and tile work in-house, which means fewer subcontractors walking through your home and a bathroom remodel in the Main Line suburbs that's built to hold up for decades, not just look good on move-in day.

03 — Lower Level

Basement Finishing

A finished basement adds genuine livable square footage — a media room, home gym, guest suite, or in-law space. Our basement finishing process starts with moisture management and proper insulation before a single finish material goes in, so your new lower level stays dry and comfortable through Philadelphia's humid summers and cold winters. Engineered flooring, egress windows, and full bathroom additions are all part of our standard basement remodeling scope.

04 — Expansion

Home Additions

When your home has run out of room, a home addition can add a primary suite, sunroom, mudroom, or second story without the disruption of moving. Our team handles the full process — structural engineering, township permitting, and matching the new roofline, siding, and trim to your existing home so the addition looks original to the house. We've built additions on properties from Wayne to Newtown Square, each one seamlessly integrated inside and out.

05 — Full Scope

Whole-Home Renovations

For homeowners ready to reimagine an entire property, our whole-home renovation service coordinates every room, system, and finish under one design-build plan. We phase the work to keep your household as livable as possible, sequence trades to avoid rework, and hold the line on a single fixed-price contract from demolition to final punch list. It's the most efficient way to renovate a Main Line home top to bottom without managing five separate contractors yourself.

06 — Millwork

Custom Carpentry

Built-in bookcases, mudroom lockers, coffered ceilings, staircases, and custom trim work — our in-house carpentry shop builds the architectural details that separate a good remodel from a genuinely custom home. Because our carpenters work for Keystone directly rather than as outside subcontractors, we can match existing period millwork or design something entirely new, fabricated and installed to a tolerance you simply won't find with off-the-shelf trim packages.

07 — Process

Design-Build Services

Our design-build model puts architectural design, engineering, and construction under a single accountable team, so your vision, your budget, and your timeline stay aligned from the first sketch. A dedicated designer develops drawings and material selections alongside the same project manager who will run your job site, eliminating the miscommunication that happens when a separate architect hands a project off to a separate builder. It's the fastest, lowest-risk path from concept to finished home.
