Where We Work

Remodeling Services Across the Philadelphia Main Line

Keystone Home Remodeling is based at 118 S. 17th Street in Center City Philadelphia and builds throughout the surrounding suburbs. Below are the sixteen communities we serve most, with a closer look at four of our busiest markets.

Featured Communities

Where We Build Most Often

Bryn Mawr Remodeling

Bryn Mawr's mix of Colonial Revival estates and mid-century homes near the college make it one of our most active markets. We regularly handle whole-home renovations and kitchen remodels here, working carefully around historic exteriors and mature landscaping while modernizing everything behind the walls. Clients in Bryn Mawr often start with a kitchen or primary bath and return for a full addition once they've seen our work firsthand.

Wayne Remodeling

Wayne's tree-lined streets and turn-of-the-century homes call for a contractor who respects existing character while delivering modern function. Our Wayne projects range from custom carpentry and built-ins to full kitchen remodels that preserve original moldings and hardwood while replacing outdated layouts. Because so much of Wayne's housing stock predates 1978, our EPA Lead-Safe certification is put to work on nearly every job here.

Gladwyne Remodeling

Gladwyne is home to some of the largest, most detailed renovation projects we take on — sprawling primary suites, pool-house additions, and whole-home renovations on wooded, multi-acre lots. Privacy, discretion, and a tightly managed job site matter as much here as craftsmanship, and our design-build process keeps large Gladwyne projects on a single accountable timeline instead of a patchwork of separate contractors.

Chestnut Hill Remodeling

Chestnut Hill's stone Victorians and Wissahickon schist facades are some of the most distinctive housing stock in the Philadelphia area, and our carpentry shop has become known locally for matching original trim, stair details, and built-ins during kitchen and whole-home projects. We work closely with Chestnut Hill's historic district guidelines so exterior changes stay true to the neighborhood's architectural character.

Coverage

Not Seeing Your Neighborhood?

This list reflects where we build most often, not the limit of where we travel. Keystone Home Remodeling regularly takes on projects throughout Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. If you're near King of Prussia, the Route 30 corridor, or Center City and don't see your specific neighborhood above, reach out — there's a very good chance we already work in your area, and if we don't, we'll tell you honestly rather than take on a job we can't service well.
